VP Product

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to establish Promai as the gold standard in manufacturing assembly documentation.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs, company goals, and user demands.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and design teams to build and deliver innovative, user-friendly AI-powered solutions that revolutionize manufacturing processes.
- Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand challenges, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to prioritize and deliver high-impact initiatives while maintaining a balance between short-term execution and long-term strategy.
- Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Track key metrics and KPIs to assess product performance, user satisfaction, and market adoption, iterating based on data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful B2B SaaS or deep tech products.
- Strong background in industrial engineering, manufacturing technology, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Experience working with AI-powered or deep-tech products in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level visions into actionable product roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
- Familiarity with working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, production lines, or engineering-driven industries.
- Exposure to customers and partners in industrial or high-tech sectors.
- Background in design thinking, user experience, or systems integration for industrial use cases.
